About the Program

The Math and Statistics Department at FIU has a Master's program in Risk Analysis and Management. This is the only program of its kind in South Florida.

Choose this degree and gain an edge for jobs in:

  • banks
  • investment firms
  • public utilities
  • corporations that use hedge funds and other complex financial instruments

Key admissions requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in a Quantitative Science
  • Solid math background that includes:
    • Linear Algebra
    • Differential Equations

All the courses are open for registration online through FIU-Panthersoft.
